1. Cancellation policy
Depending on the time and price categories that different cancellation policies will be different. Below is the policy cancellation basic, apply when cancellation policies not mentioned in the reservation or on the booking page online.
Cancellation: If cancelled or modified earlier than 7 days before check-in, no cancellation fee in the room must make payment. If cancelled or modified within 7 days before check-in, or in case of non-arrival, the total value of the reservation must be calculated.
Case of no-show (Customer reservations, but not to), will be considered as No-and Is Non-refundable reservation has collected.
2. Policy change room, change your date get to pay
In case the Customers want to change the date to pay the room, change room, please contact the Reservations department to Our support.

- We have the right to change the terms, cancel the policy at any time without prior notice.
- We are not responsible for damage compensation, change the date, type of room... indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising out of or in case of force majeure (natural disasters, wars...).
3. Refund policy
Applied to the case of Customer payment in full amount of booking.
We will consider and weigh a refund for the objective conditions of the Customer. Refunds will be processed according to each case with a ratio of refund different. The refund this will be Our staff official notification to Customers via email.
Processing time for refunds is within 10-15 working days (or as statement credit card) depending on the bank.
Refund form: about bank account was provided by the Customer or payment card information has been used booking.
Cost reimbursement: free.
Note: a non-refundable policy applies to reservations made on stage ceremony (1-2/9, 24/12, 31/12)
